Please thoroughly review these terms & conditions before activating your subscription.
By registering on PageSail.com and entering your payment information, you agree to automatic charges as chosen at the time of checkout. The standard subscription is $50 per month, withdrawn at purchase and on the same day each month thereafter. The yearly subscription is $550 per year, withdrawn at purchase and on the same day and month of each year thereafter. Subscription fees are considered non-refundable.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by e-mailing support@pagesail.com or by using the support form in the customer portal and requesting cancellation. We ask that you cancel your subscription at least 15 days prior to the next billing date to ensure you are not billed. Your site will be taken offline as soon as your cancellation request is received & processed. Subscription fees already paid prior to service cancellation are non-refundable.
Before purchasing a PageSail subscription, please ensure that you read and understand the Scope of Service below:
- PageSail is a website hosting & design service
- Your subscription includes the following services provided by PageSail:
- A single page website
- Maintenance of that website, including:
- Backups of the website taken at a regular interval
- Ensuring maximum uptime of the website, barring unforeseen technical circumstances out of our control
- Regular software, plugin, and security updates
- Software updates for that website
- The initial design, including layout, colors, typography, and functionality of that site
- Registration & maintenance of a domain name as approved by you
- Registered domain names are the property of PageSail
- If you cancel your PageSail subscription, PageSail may transfer the domain to you for a transfer fee
- If you cancel your PageSail subscription and do not request that your domain be transferred to you, PageSail is under no obligation to continue paying for or maintaining the domain name
- Ongoing support, accessible via an e-mail form or by directly e-mailing support@pagesail.com. The scope of support provided includes:
- Technical problems with your website (e.g. functionality not working properly, service availability)
- Minor design changes, where "minor" means a design change that is determined by our staff to not be significant in nature enough to warrant an additional charge. This does not include the initial design of the site, which is significant in nature and is included with your subscription at no additional charge
- Billing questions and issues
- E-mail service questions and issues
- Site functionalities, such as:
- Basic forms
- External links
- Embedded, third-party hosted videos
- Single page anchor navigation
- Popups / modals
Your PageSail site does not provide the following features or functionalities by default. Some of these features or functionalities may be available with additional purchases or subscriptions:
- Multiple pages
- Videos hosted directly on your site
- Blogging functionality
- E-Commerce functionality
The base PageSail subscription does not include content writing, procurement, or generation. These services may be available for an additional charge.
